Officers/Trustees and Committee Chairs
The Board of Trustees of the Upper Greenwood Lake Property Owners Association, Inc. consists of 20 trustees who are elected by the membership of the UGLPOA. Five (5) trustees are elected each year to serve a four (4) year term. The officers are elected by the trustees from among themselves and serve one (1) year terms. The Board of Trustees meets each month on the first Tuesday of each month. Each trustee and officer serves without pay. Once elected, each trustee is assigned to chair at least one committee.
