VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM
Our Lake Association and all of the related activities run through the efforts of our community volunteers. We always need people to help out. Anyone who would like to volunteer some of their time and effort to help out with your lake community should complete the following so we know how you would like to assist us. This is a great way to meet members of your community.
[ ] I would like to join a committee and be part of their activities. (This will require you to make some meetings and assist in the committee’s work.)
